Do they make heels in size 11.5?

My name Jeanette I'm 16 and I'm getting a sex change but can't get 1 til I turn 18 so for now I'm just gonna dressup and for the most part clothes are easy to find except for heels since I am technically a boy my feet are bigger then a girls in mens sizes I wear 10 thru 11.5 and I have worn heels before and I fit in sizes 10(rarely) 11(sometimes) and 12s are a little big and on top of that I wanna be a model so I like the cute heels no ugly ones so I guess my question is do they make heels in size 11.5 and where can I find these and also is there a surgery I can go thru to make my feet a little smaller so finding heels can be more easy thank you
